I offer services ranging from traditional, full-service representation to discrete, unbundled legal services. A brief description of each service type follows. My goal is to provide you with thoughtful, effective counsel and outstanding service.
Full Service Representation
Full service legal representation describes a traditional arrangement in which the attorney represents the client from the commencement of an action through final disposition. With full-service representation, you have the peace of mind of knowing that you have a trusted advocate working on your behalf at every step of the process.
Limited Scope Representation (Unbundled Legal Services)
On July 1, 2013, the Illinois State Supreme Court adopted rules that allow attorneys to provide limited scope representation. This development allows attorneys to offer legal advice and services in a fashion similar to restaurants that offer "a la carte" ordering: after reviewing a menu of available options, clients select (and pay for only the specific advice and/or services they picked. Some of the services available include document drafting, research requests and court appearances, to name a few.
